The State Inspectorate for Agricultural Machinery has been separated from the staff of the Ministry of Agriculture of the RA and operates within the Committee on Management of State Inspectorates
On June 17 the State Inspectorate for Agricultural Machines of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Artsakh held the last theoretical and practical examination with a commission for issuing a certificate for the right to test and drive the knowledge of a tractor driver.
“The State Inspectorate of Agricultural Machinery within the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan conducted the last examination on the basis of checking the theoretical-practical knowledge base of 3-year professional education. As a result, the participants were given second- and third-class qualifications. Then, the theoretical and practical stage of the examination of tractor drivers, who graduated from the vocational school of the Armenian-Italian educational complex named after Anthonia Arslan, took place in Stepanakert, in which 21 entrants took part and received the highest qualification,” – said head of the inspectorate Anania Soghomonyan.
According to him, those who want to get a graduation certificate can apply to a vocational school to participate in the courses.
Those who already have a graduation certificate must now apply to the Agricultural Machinery Inspectorate of the “Staff of the Committee on Management of State Inspectorates of the Artsakh Republic” State Administrative Institution, and to participate in the theoretical-practical stages of the tractor-driver examination, to obtain a driving license.
According to A. Soghomonyan, only having a diploma of a tractor driver (three years of college education) does not give the right to drive agricultural machinery. This right is acquired after obtaining a driver’s license from the State Inspectorate for Agricultural Machinery.
