By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Artsakh dated February 10, 2022 NH 352-A, Norayr A. Musayelyan was appointed Minister of Agriculture of the RA.

The State Minister Artak Beglaryan informed the employees of the Ministry of Agriculture of the RA about this, who congratulated Norayr Musayelyan and wished him effective work.

The State Minister thanked Armen Tovmasyan for the responsible period of his tenure and wished him success in his future activities.

Prior to that, Norayr Musayelyan served as First Deputy Minister of Economy and Agriculture of the Republic of Artsakh.
