In order to prevent the spread of coronavirus disease (COVID-19), the working group was created on the basis of order No. 279-A of November 29, 2021 “On the creation of a working group” of the Minister of Health of the RA conducts regular inspections to ensure sanitary and epidemiological measures.

During the next visit of specialists the State service of food safety, market and protection of consumer benefits of the MEA of the Republic of Artsakh, together with inspectors of the Stepanakert City Department of the Police of the RA, it was stated that the Limited Liability Company “Ararat-Gohar” violated the requirement of paragraph 6 of the annex to the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Artsakh dated November 23, 2021 N 1271-N, that no more than 40 people can participate in it (for children’s events – 20 people), subject to the relevant rules of sanitary and epidemiological safety established by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Artsakh, for which the company was liable in accordance with part 3 of Article 182.4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
