Irregular animal husbandry promotes predators’ multiplication
Within the framework of “Regulation of animal husbandry and pasture management” program and the study of the causes of wolves’ recent activation on June 1, the workers of the Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services by the leading of Norayr Musayelyan Head of the Department visited Hadrout region.
The specialists have recorded positive results of regulated behavior in a number of communities but many communities have been prevailing by cattle irregular behavior.
Norayr Musayelyan noted, ”I don’t think wolves activation is accidental, taking into consideration the fact that animal husbandry is carried out in such a manner in the region.’’
According to him, the regulation of animal husbandry is very important for the fight against wolves. Thus an inexhaustible food chain is created for wolves and that promotes their multiplication.
N. Musayelyan added, ”If there is no any person near animals in the field, wolves feel owners.”
