The State Service of Food Safety of the MA of the RA summarizes the results of the work in the recent days

In Stepanakert 8 educational and methodological visits were carried out by 149 economic entities (sales organizations-144, bread production organizations-1, catering organizations-2, kindergarten and business entities engaged in mobile trade-2), during which explanatory work was carried out with the latter and monitoring of compliance with the requirements, fixed in the legislative field. Measurements of the maximum residual amount of nitrates in vegetables and fruits were carried out. As a result, it turned out that nitrates in fruits and vegetables comply with the standards established by the government. As a result of control work, the following expired goods were found and destroyed on the spot with the consent of economic entities: meat products-32.53 kg, dairy products-4.300 kg, juices-84.98 liters and other goods-36.936 kg. In connection with the International Consumer Rights Protection Day in the period from March 14 to 15, specialists of the State Service of Food Safety of the Ministry of Agriculture of the RA in Stepanakert and the regions of the Republic carried out 3 educational and methodological visits to 90 sales organizations, 4 catering organizations and 13 specialized chicken shops, during which economic entities got acquainted with consumer rights. Representatives of the SFSS attached posters in visible parts of stores to warn about violations and distribute booklets. |
