From 1 to 15 February the State service of food safety, market and protection of consumer benefits of the MA of the RA conducted observations in 32 economic entities of the republic, as a result of which the following was registered. No violations of compliance with the requirements of the RA legislation were found in 8 economic entities. The economic entities that committed violations were ordered to set deadlines for eliminating its.

During the same period, 8 educational-methodological visits were held in the city of Stepanakert and Askeran, with the participation of 79 economic entities (27 trade organizations, 21 organizations for the production of lavash, 11 confectionery organizations, 20 educational institutions), 23 mobile operators. During the tour, explanatory work was carried out with the economic entities of the service, and control over compliance with anti-epidemic rules was observed.

Service specialists measured the maximum residual amount of nitrates in food of plant origin, from which it became clear that the maximum residues in products of plant origin are in line with government-approved standards.
